Our warehouse is located in Shenzhen, most of our items are exported from Port of Yantian /Shekou in shenzhen and port of Nansha in Gaungzhou. However, our beehive factory is located in Huangshan, Anhui, the wooden items are normally export from Port of Ningbo or shanghai.

We have the following requirements about the agency:

Exclusive distribution for all the products: We will require your annual purchase amount to  reach 200,000 to 500,000 US dollars according to different countries.

Exclusive distribution for branded products: We will require your trial purchase amount to reach 50,000 US dollars.

For order under 10,000 US dollars: 100% payment.

For order from 10,000 to 50,000 US dollars: 50% down payment, 50% balance payment before delivery.

For order over 50,000 US dollars: 30% down payment, 70% balance payment before delivery.

L/C payment terms: 3% handling charges is requested.

Yes, under normal circumstances, we could offer you invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, fumigation certificate, phytosanitary certificate as well as various inspection and certificate requested by the importing country, meanwhile, you will need to pay the official cost to obtain these certificates.

We have a standing stock of 2 million dollars, under normal condition the leading time is as follows,

Order under 1 US dollars: within 7 days

Order from 10,000 to 30,000 US dollars: within 20 days

Order from 30,000 to 50,000 US dollars: within 30 days

Beehive or other wooden product, metal queen excluder need to customize the material according to different size, the leading time normally require 45 days. Moreover, we will inform you if the delivery is delayed due to epidemic control, public holidays or other force majeure factors.

We have our own design team, what you need to do is tell us your requirements, then we could offer you the design drawing and rendergraph for free. At the same time, we could assist you to develop the mold and start the production, save the development cost and control the product price with our rich experience. As to the mold cost, we will decide who shall responsible for this cost according to the product quantity you need in the order. If you responsible for the mold cost,

We perennial build the mold and produce new products for our foreign clients, it is difficult for us to check whether the product has a patent before development. However, as a long-time victim of patent infringement, Benefitbee know the importance of protecting intellectual property rights. Therefore, please kindly inform us if you find that our product design has infringed your patent, we will immediately stop the infringement and dispose the mold and inventory.
